I. Orders and Payment

What are the payment methods available?

We currently accept payments made via credit card or PayPal.

Which credit cards are accepted for payment?

We accept all types of credit cards. We do not accept debit cards.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

No, we do not accept COD orders.

Can I pay using Gcash?

As of the moment, we are still setting up our GCash account. You can view the available payment methods at the check out.

Can I use a credit card which is not under my name to place an order?

Yes, you can. But for security purposes, please ensure that you get the consent of the credit card holder as we may ask you to show the credit card that you used when we deliver your order.

How do I know if my payment is successful?

You will receive an email confirming your order. Please check your spam folder as well.

Do you keep my credit card details?

We do not retain your credit card information after your order is completed; it is submitted directly to our banks.

Can I pay in installments?

Some of our products have installment options. It will be indicated in the product description and payment methods.

My page is stuck at “processing payment”. What should I do?

Please check your email if you have received a confirmed order notification. If not, please contact our Customer Service so that we can validate if your order went through.

II. Shipping & Delivery

How do I track my order?

At the moment, we cannot track orders once items are in transit. If you would like to know the status of your order, please send us a message at the Contact Us page and we will send you an update as soon as possible.

What is the delivery lead time of my order?

Orders within Metro Manila are delivered in 3-5 days.

My order is delayed. When will I receive it?

If your order is delayed, please get in touch with us at inqbooks@inquirer.com.ph so we can check the status of your order.

What are the shipping fees and rates?

The base price for our shipping fee is P60. Fees depend on the size of the item, fragility, and destination.

How do I change my address?

You can change your address by emailing us immediately at inqbooks@inquirer.com.ph. You can no longer change your shipping address once your item is in transit.

Is my area serviceable during community quarantine?

Please check with your local government unit if deliveries from Metro Manila are allowed.

Who is Inquirer Shop’s delivery partner?

Our current delivery partner for Metro Manila orders is DAG Xpress. For orders outside Metro Manila, we highly encourage you to go to our Lazada and Shopee stores instead.

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

Yes.

III. Returns & Refunds

How does my item qualify for a return?

Returns are only allowed for physical items. You may return your item when it meets any of the following requirements: 1) wrong size or color, 2) damage/defect, and 3) missing item/part.

How do I return an item?

Please get in touch with our Customer Service to inform us that you will be returning an order. Once we have verified that your item qualifies for a return, we will schedule a courier to pick up your item. You may also opt to drop off the item at our office in Philippine Daily Inquirer, 1098 Chino Roces Avenue corner Yague and Mascardo Streets, Barangay Tejeros, Makati City.

Is there a fee when returning an item?

No, there is no fee when returning an item. The cost of the item and the original delivery fee will be refunded to you once we have retrieved the package and verified its condition.

Do I need to return the accessories and freebies?

Yes, you have to return the product as well as the accessories and freebies contained in the original package.
